Get Vegan Certification
To jumpstart the vegan certification process, we start by asking a series of questions about the processes, ingredients, shared machinery, and animal testing for your products. This starts by gathering the initial documents, from there, we will send you a certification fee quote.
Our goal is to ensure your products and company meet the strictest standards for veganism. We want to ensure that all suppliers and source ingredients maintain the Validated Vegan standard. Our certification process takes between 4-6 weeks, but depending on your submission, this could take longer.
Step 1. Apply
The first step to becoming Vegan Certified is to apply for your certification. This process requires an extensive description of your product or business to ensure that you fit within the criteria for vegan certification.
Step 2. Submit Ingredients for Review
Once we have received your application, we will then review your ingredients. The ingredients in your products must contain no animal-ingredients or animal by-products, and there must be no animal ingredient or animal by-product included in the manufacturing process. Additionally, no vegan certified product can be tested on animals.
Step 3. Auditing
We have a team of auditors with decades of experience in the standards industry, including experienced audit trainers who are ready to test and audit your ingredients. Experts at tracing ingredients and verifying their sources, we take special care to audit your products carefully.

Step 4. Certify
Next, we certify or reject your application. Certifying your product or company is critical to marketing your product as vegan-friendly. Upon approval of all ingredients and processes, we will issue a Letter of Certification, valid for one year.
